We encourage you to review the entire agreement. By enrolling in the BankerOdds Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have thoroughly read and comprehended this agreement.
Furthermore, you affirm that you possess the complete right, authority, and ability to enter into and abide by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement independently, without requiring the approval or consent of any other party.
1. Registration
By enrolling as an affiliate, you consent to receiving occasional emails from BankerOdds regarding updates to the affiliate program’s Terms and Conditions. As well as news, updates, or other relevant information tailored to you as a BankerOdds affiliate
At your registration required to provide accurate information about yourself, your business details, and the website(s) and/or platforms through which you intend to promote BankerOdds.
Reasons for rejected applications may include, but are not limited to, websites and/or businesses that:
– Promote or display violence, discrimination, sexually explicit materials, copyright and trademark infringement, spamming, scamming, or any other illegal activities.
– Include “BankerOdds”, its variations, or misspellings in their domain name.
– Replicate or imitate our website design in a manner that could lead customers to believe you are BankerOdds or any affiliated entity.
– resell any of our products;
– Are not aligned with our business standards or are deemed inappropriate for the products we offer.
Please be aware that this list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to reject your application at our discretion without providing a specific reason for the rejection.
2. Commissions and payouts
Standard commission rate is 25% of each new BankerOdds Subscription Package purchased by customers through your referral link.
This commission applies solely to the initial payment of the subscription. No commissions will be generated for subsequent recurring subscription payments.
The Standard cookie duration is set at 90 days.(3 Months)
This means that customers have a 90-day window from the moment they click on your affiliate link to make their decision regarding purchasing a BankerOdds Package.
If a purchase is made after the cookie has expired… unfortunately, commissions will not be recorded, unless they revisit our site using your affiliate link.
Additionally, commission will be attributed to the first affiliate whose link was clicked, provided that the purchase is completed within the 90-day timeframe.
Example: if a customer initially clicks on your affiliate link but later decides to purchase using another affiliate’s link, the commission will still be credited to you.
Minimum payout is 100.00 Euro.
Payments will be made in Euros directly to your bank account via Wise on a monthly basis, spanning from the 15th to the last day of the month.
To comply with legal requirements, we ask that you send us an invoice reflecting the respective amount due for that month via email between the 1st and 14th day.
All the Payments will be conducted via Bank Transfer of the Wise.
So ensuring speedy transactions that typically take minutes to several hours, with the lowest fees compared to other payment providers.
Example: if by March 31st your balance shows accepted and unpaid commissions totaling €450.00,
you should send us an invoice for that amount between April 1st and 14th. We will transfer the funds to your bank account between April 15th and 30th.
Also you are responsible for complying with any applicable laws and taxes in your country of residence ,resulting from your provision of affiliate services to us.
We reserve the right to adjust our standard commission rates at any time and for any reason. You will be notified via email 10 days in advance of any changes taking effect.
All commissions are subject to approval before being paid out. You can monitor the status of each commission in your affiliate program dashboard, where they will be labeled as:
“Pending,” “Unpaid,” “Rejected,” or “Paid.”
Are not allowed to use your own affiliate link to purchase any of BankerOdds Subscription Package.
3. Promotion permissions and restrictions
Allowed to use the following promotional methods:
-Displaying our affiliate banners on your website or sharing them on your social media platforms.
– Directly providing your affiliate link to friends or potential customers who might be interested in BankerOdds
– Writing a review on your blog or website about BankerOdds and linking to our product using your affiliate link (or other provided creative asset).
– Creating an article on your blog or website related to affiliate marketing and…
linking to our product with your affiliate link or other provided creative assets.
– Sharing your affiliate link with your audience on social media platforms
(please ensure compliance with the respective platform’s Terms and Conditions).
– Promoting your affiliate link in emails, to your existing customers or subscribers, giving them the option to opt out of future mailings.
– Mentioning your affiliate link and/or discount code on podcasts
Certain promotional methods are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account:
– Spamming in any form or on any platform, including unsolicited promotional emails, mass commenting on websites,
or posting your affiliate link in unauthorized groups and forums, and sending unsolicited direct messages.
– Misrepresenting our brand and product such as using false information, fake testimonials, or pretending to be an employee of BankerOdds
– Placing your affiliate link and/ or discount code on any coupon websites.
Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to terminate your account
if your promotional activities do not align with our business values
If you are uncertain about whether a specific promotional method is allowed, please contact us beforehand for clarification.
4. Account termination
You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party via email.
Furthermore, we retain the right to terminate your account without prior notice if we determine that you have violated any terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Any outstanding or unpaid commissions related to your violation of our terms and conditions will be withheld.
Final note for our Affiliate Program
By registering and receiving approved as an affiliate to the BankerOdds Affiliate Program you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and that the affiliate relationship does not establish an employment agreement between you and BankerOdds.com.
Furthermore, you are not authorized to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of BankerOdds.com.
Also you acknowledge that this relationship is not legally binding, and therefore, you waive the right to pursue legal action against BankerOdds.com.
Lastly, please note that these Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and you will receive advance notification of any such modifications.
And you retain the right to opt out of our affiliate program at any time by informing us via email.
